Wi-SUN is an exciting and rapidly growing technology that enables expansive outdoor IoT wireless communication networks through interoperable, multi-service, and secure wireless mesh networks. Based on the IEEE 802.15.4g standard, its applications include utilities, smart cities, service providers, and other enterprises.

In 2021, QualityLogic was commissioned by the Wi-SUN Alliance to design, develop, and maintain the official QualityLogic Wi-SUN FAN v1.0 Test Bed Controller. The TBC is now available and we’re excited to be partnering with Wi-SUN to discuss the features and benefits of this new tool.  The TBC will make it easier and more cost-effective for utilities and companies to test and certify FAN V1.0 technology in order to accelerate product availability and market adoption.
